CDF celebrated National Caregiver Month
CDF celebrated the hard work and commitment of 25 caregivers from worker-owned cooperatives for National Caregiver Month. These caregivers have done an outstanding job navigating a pandemic, providing quality care to clients, and supporting their cooperatives. CDF is proud to partner with home care cooperatives to develop the sector.
The caregivers celebrated are worker-owners of Capital Homecare Cooperative, Cooperative Home Care Associates, Heart is Home Cooperative Care, Heartsong Home Care Co-op, Home Care Associates of Philadelphia, Cooperative Care, eQuality HomeCare, and Peninsula Homecare Cooperative.
Every caregiver recognized for National Caregiver Month received a gift box from Cabot Creamery Co-operative to show them the appreciation they deserve. CDF thanks Cabot Creamery for donating the gift boxes. Cabot Creamery is a dairy cooperative owned by 800 farm families throughout New England and New York.
