Homecare Conference Targets Growth and Efficiency

Enhancing Board/Member Relations, Tailoring Your Cooperative Story to Influence Homecare Policy, and Implementing Strategies to Scale Development are a few of the compelling sessions planned for the National Homecare Conference on November 19-22 at the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation headquarters in Dulles, Virginia. The full program agenda was developed to give member-owners and cooperative developers tools to grow homecare cooperatives, attract talent and enhance operational efficiency.
